While somethings are recognized as beautiful by many...the description of beauty is, after all, finally in the hands of the one making the judgment.
If most find a sunset beautiful, some will find it...mundane.
If I like a young, tight female with breasts the size of a modest handful (we used to call it...';an aristocratic hand full';); another guy will favor a woman with a really large derriere and ample bosom.
It is almost always a matter of opinion.
Truth be known, beauty is probably the least important trait a person can have...long ter..

Beauty is truly in the eyes of the beholder. I admire people who sees beyond physical looks. They have a gift of seeing the real person.

In one area where I once worked, women who were fat and moon-faced were all married to the native men.
Women whom the white foreigners considered beautiful, were ignored by the native men and all married to the foreigners.
Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, after all. People tend to marry those who resemble their favorite relatives.
mostly ppl might say that beauty is measure by the face... but for me as a girl, i always measure from their heart and creadibility to do anything without thinking what ppl want to say..

Well the best way to go about both of these is to slough dead skin and moisturize the tenderskin underneath. As for the feeties, grab the Mr. Pumice and get sloughing, then apply a thick coat of vaseline and a pair of socks before bed.The next day your cuticles should be tender, and your feet unbelievably soft.

Okay, so usually, you have to attend an information session. Most information sessions are by invitations only. After you go to the I.S, then you will get a call to see if you got selected or not. I got my call about 4 days after the session.
I think most I.S are free, but if you get selected, you need to pay from 100 dollars to 1000. You are supposed to get sponsors, like doctors, dentists, etc. You also need to buy or rent a fancy dress. The pageant I got into was for Casual wear and Formal wear, so I need to go out and get a dress.....

I'd like to see what can be done with me (im male obviously)- im seeing a guy and he's asked if i can doll up for an evening for him. Just am a bit scared of going in and asking this stuff. I am slightly effeminate looking, so i don't think it would look completely ridiculous lol

its not my job to judge you...just to help any and all customers that walk into the store...so just go for it and dont be scared. i have a couple of gay close friends and im always telling them not to care of what others think caz honestly they are better looking than most guys and they should be proud.

I've seen males working at MAC counters, and other department store makeup counters. I'd go to different malls and find a male makeup artist. This way you would feel comfortable. But if you can't find a male worker, us female workers will not make fun of you, nor would we ever judge you. Celebrity men wear makeup all the time, it's normal!!
i would try MAC or Sephora, a lot of the major dept. stores sell makeup too and there's usually a guy working there (in my area anyway). the guys generally give better tips and advice too, in my experience.

There's LOTS of species you can choose from ^.^ .
1) cockatiels - they're relatively inexpensive, are one of the most docile parrots out there, enjoy being scratched on the back of the head and often learn to whistle tunes. They're not that brilliantly colored, but come in various shades of white, Grey, pearl (feathers with colored outer edges and white insides), and there's several rare colors that provide you with a bird with yellow rather than orange cheeks, and completely white birds.
2) Budgies are one of the most popular species for a good reason. They're inexpensive, very colorful, often learn to talk a bunch (One bird held the world record for most words spoken in a parrot), and are high energy birds that love to play. I find they bite harder than cockatiels, but they don't draw very much blood. Most of the time, they're wonderfully sweet birds. Although they will learn to enjoy handling, they're not as fond of petting and scratching as cockatiels.
3) Green Cheek Conures are more expensive - about $150 - 300, depending on where you are and what color you want. The wild colored birds are mostly green with a wonderful dark red belly, blue flight feathers, a red tail and a black beak. They're bossier than the two species mentioned above and it'll require a bit of research to decide if this is the species for you. However, they have a great reputation with children as long as you're careful to train them out of their nippy stage. They've been compared to feathered puppies. They're known to sleep on their backs, learn quickly and are pretty decent birds for small houses and apartment due to their small size and somewhat quiet voice.
4) Lovebirds can either be a bane or a boon. If you get one, make sure it stays a single bird as they can be one of the most aggressive birds out there. However, if you get a good breeder who knows how to raise them right and you handle the bird frequently, they can be one of the best pet birds out there! They're very devoted, playful and, like many parrots, very opinionated. Some LOVE to be cuddled and will dive into your clothing at every opportunity.
5) Grass Parakeets - There's several species in this group, with the Bourques being the most popular. They're a bit higher priced, like the Green cheek conures, but are well known for their cockatiel-like personality. They can be more aggressive but are generally very sweet birds who whistle better than talk.
Those are the species I'd recommend most. All birds are noisy, messy and will chew things whether or not you like it. However, if you arrange your living space and divide cleaning among the family it's not so much a chore. depends on what you qualify as a medium size bird.
In my thoughts a finch, parakeet = small
cockatiel, lovebirds, lorikeet = medium
parrots = large
Lovebirds are beautiful, but in order to have them family friendly and holdable you need to spend a little extra time with them. When in pairs they can tend to get snobish to their owners, lol. Cockatiels were always my bird of choice and we good with kids, good singular pet birds and come in an array of beautiful colors. :)
A parakeet is an ideal bird to start with. They are inexpensive, available at most pet shops and come in a rainbow of colors.
Cockatiel, I have an african grey and a cockatiel. The tiel is a great bird, its a fun bird. Inexpensive compared to most birds,

The wild colored birds are mostly green with a wonderful dark red belly, blue flight feathers, a red tail and a black beak. They're bossier than the two species mentioned above and it'll require a bit of research to decide if this is the species for you. However, they have a great reputation with children as long as you're careful to train them out of their nippy stage. They've been compared to feathered puppies. They're known to sleep on their backs, learn quickly and are pretty decent birds for small houses and apartment due to their small size and somewhat quiet voice.
4) Lovebirds can either be a bane or a boon. If you get one, make sure it stays a single bird as they can be one of the most aggressive birds out there. Those are the species I'd recommend most. All birds are noisy, messy and will chew things whether or not you like it. However, if you arrange your living space and divide cleaning among the family it's not so much a chore. In my thoughts a finch, parakeet = small
cockatiel, lovebirds, lorikeet = medium
parrots = large
Lovebirds are beautiful, but in order to have them family friendly and holdable you need to spend a little extra time with them. When in pairs they can tend to get snobish to their owners, lol. Cockatiels were always my bird of choice and we good with kids, good singular pet birds and come in an array of beautiful colors. :)
A parakeet is an ideal bird to start with. They are inexpensive, available at most pet shops and come in a rainbow of colors.

I disagree with the majority of what you said. Not everyone relies heavily on physical beauty, and to each person what is physically beautiful to one may not be to another. Men and women are not always hungry just for sex and seductive appearances, not by a long shot. Sometimes? Sure. Divorce goes so much deeper than physical appearance...I couldn't even begin to describe to you how much deeper.

This is a really hard question. I personally think you need two words to balance the opposites inherent in life: functional chaos, beautiful destruction, or undeserved blessings.
But if you want just one word I think you want: elation or vitality.
I think those best describe the feeling you feel when you're enjoying the beauty and gift of life. But if you actually want to describe the life, and the sheer odds that we exist and are concious of own existance...

I think it depends on the art. I assumed you were talking about modern art when I first read this. The distinction people have to make is then sex and nudity wasn't something ';bad.'; They were just a part of life. I hate to say it, but I do...I hate the image that the media is protraying into what is beauty and what is successful.
I go to the gym and weight train, do my hair a certain way, wear contacts instead of glases,I buy designer clothes, partly because I like to, but I would be lying if I didn't admit it was partly because of what others think.

I think if one gets disillusioned with wat the media potrays then one is in for a run in pain and non satisfaction. I always do wat looks good on me and wat feels good on me when i look in the mirror I see a person satisfied even in the most basic of stuff coz I think I feel good internally when an individual dresses up in designer labels it's not just the label but the stuff u r wearing which makes a difference the same applies when u wear a cheap cloth too but how u feel after wearing anything is wats truly important.
Beauty for me is when ur confident and feel good when u look good from within it reflects out on ur face....Ur keeping fit is wat u shud really want to do for ur sake and not for somebody to admire u when u work out u feel good and ofcourse the onlookers feel good to c u fit and happy but ur working out doesn't make them younger it makes u younger. :D So ur weight training is really reflecting ur health and ur beauty which in turn is keeping ur mind fit. Wehn u make ur hair certain way don't u see to it that it suits ur face ? or the clothes that u wear ur hair matches to the occassion ur dressed up for? So on a whole we shud stress on looking our best with things thats suit our personality not wat the media wants us to do. Fashion is wat ur confident in carrying it confidently and with a pleasure reflecting on ur face which is the true beauty.Do you attempt to fit into the media's image of beauty?

The media are consantly pushing especialy young gurls to believe to be beautiful they have to be a stick, have outstanding features, have the best clothes etc. but if you have all these things it still dosn't mean that people are going to think they are beautfiful. To me the most improtant thing about beauty is to standout from the crowd and to be an individual not a sheep
To achieve that I'd need my own personal team of stylist, hairstylist, nutritionist, dietitian, personal trainer, plastic surgeons, etc.
