I don't think there are any single, universal definitions for concepts that subjective or abstract.


From a purely pragmatic point of view ';beauty'; would be the quality of possessing whatever criteria made something pleasing to the senses, like a beautiful woman or sunset, or the intellect, like a beautiful poem or mathematical theorem. Since those criteria vary greatly from individual to individual what is considered beautiful would as well, but the definition would be the same.


Applying the same pragmatic viewpoint to ';truth'; it would whatever is in accordance with the facts insofar as they can be determined and demonstrated within the limits of our current levels of scientific understanding and technological sophistication. Attempts at constructing more universal and constant definitions always seem to fall down in practice over time because the situations within which they developed changed and societies built on them did not.
Beauty is holiness. Truth is a Person - the holiest of Persons. Start with the spiritual origins of beauty and truth, then you can apply it to physical things. Not everyone is attracted to beauty and truth, by the way. A lot of people shrink from both because they are exposed in the light of them.
beauty is something u can breath, taste, smell, but not actually touch or keep, it brings delight and possibly love or lust to u just by seeing it.





truth is something that we all should be looking for, but avoid because it to painfull to face. TRUTH is harsh but exact, not abstract and sadly out of reach...
We are programed to respond to visual stimulous of things based on phi ratio 1 to .618 which is the golden ratio...small variations in individual make up result in variations of beholder perspective. But u never even thumb me up or down so...LMAO
in my eyes beauty is in symmetry. the most beautiful faces to me are the most symmetrical. Truth however i think is in the eye of the beholder. It is a persons subjective belief of reality.
Beauty is only skin deep and truth is something you use if you do not lie, and to me truth is not believing in the Creation theory that christians lie about all the time .
beauty is what you are attracted to, truth is what you believe. both are subjective.
