My daughter is 7 and competes in pageants. She mostly does little local pageants but she has a preliminary to state that has an optional casual wear. And I know they'll have it if we go to state too. I don't know really what to do. I would like to hear from anyone who competes or judges.In beauty pageants, what does ';Casual Wear'; mean exectly? I need to know the difference for local, st, %26amp; ntnl
if ou mean something like casual wear modeling. try something up lifting and happy. imagine if she was state queen and she was going to a fair as visiting royalty. you wouldn't put her in a dress and you wouldn't put her in a pair of jeans and old shirt. something like capris and a nice shirt topped of with a hat and some jewelry!! that is what it is at our pageant!In beauty pageants, what does ';Casual Wear'; mean exectly? jeans a plain shirt som`m uld wear around the house.nad if u wear really date clothes around the house well then...i got 1 thign 2 say JEANNSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
casual wear is usually just modeling/runway (you should check if it involves choreography or pro-am)
If they say casual dress -then you would want a simple dress with simple hair and makeup
casual wear- a buisness suit will do fine
